We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@hilosaven.shop.

 We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Wrong size chosen by the customer Change of mind after the order is placed

Incorrect address provided at checkout

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team. If approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout in 5 days.
